Water Meters - a Guide

If you are still paying for your household water with non-metered charges, you may find that you are paying more than you need to for your water. Having a water meter installed means that you only have to pay for the water you actually use.
Mum and her son We believe that metered charges are a fairer way to pay for water. Metering encourages customers to think about their water use so that less water is wasted which in turn is kinder to the environment.
Applying for a meter is simple and it's free to install. Plus, if you choose to opt for a meter and you are not satisfied with the benefits, you can change back to non-metered charges at any time within the first 18 months after installation.
